This community meeting will highlight the growth of our education program and opportunities to connect with our youth, teen, and adult bike education programming! REGISTER.

As usual, our community meeting ride will depart Durty Bull at 6pm and arrive back in time for the meeting at 7pm after a short ~8 mile no-drop, cruiser ride around town.It’s the perfect time to introduce Bike Durham to friends who share your vision—invite them to register and join you as we work to make Durham’s streets safer and more connected.

Do you know how to ride a bike, but rusty with your maneuvering and handling? Build your confidence in this class focused on advanced skills drills using defensive cycling principles. In this class we will spend the whole time on the bike in a safe, protected and traffic-free environment. We will practice balance and handling skills such as steering, avoiding sudden obstacles, start and stop, and weaving obstacles.
