Learn to ride!

Balance Basics and Practice

This class will be focused on the basics of biking: Instructors will teach you the basics of balancing, starting, stopping and steering a bicycle, using the "balance first" method. Pedals will be removed until instructors are confident that the participant is ready for the pedals to be put back on the bike.

It doesn’t matter if you are 80 or 13 years old: we will get you rolling in no time!

Most people learn to ride after one session, and if not, we will provide a series of tools and instructions that will help you at home. In the case that a participant does not have their pedals put back on their bike within the time frame of the class, they may participate in as many classes as they need, until instructors are confident that the participant is ready for their pedals and can ride their bike with their pedals on, and join our other classes!
